Cast in Place was proud to be part of the construction of Gateway Church and The King’s School, a striking two-storey facility in West St. Paul with a 32,000 sq. ft. footprint. Our team was responsible for the Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) foundation and the concrete elevator shaft, both critical to the structural integrity and energy efficiency of this modern institutional building.
The ICF system provided long-lasting durability and superior thermal performance—ideal for a facility that houses both worship and educational spaces. The precision-formed elevator shaft adds vertical functionality while meeting stringent safety and structural standards.
