Cast in Place was proud to be part of the Lexington Villages development in Steinbach, Manitoba, a multifamily housing project by Three Way Builders. Our team was responsible for the Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF) and grade beam foundations across this large-scale residential site, which features 2 modern apartments built for long-term durability and energy efficiency.

Working across numerous units within this growing community, our crew delivered precision-formed ICF walls and structurally sound grade beams, providing a solid and insulated foundation system for each home. ICF construction is known for its high thermal performance and strength, making it an ideal solution for multifamily residential builds in Manitoba’s climate.
